GEM RX-4 Gift Engraving Machine
The release of the GEM-RX4, is a major revamp of the already popular GEM-RX. The main modification is the replacement of the cable driven "Z" axis with a direct drive stepper and lead screw. This major modification will allow you to use fixed or floating depth control on the "Z" axis and provides for a much higher precision, when engraving. To compliment the "Z" axis modification, we have also fitted a new Cartridge Spindle assembly, this can be replaced by removing a single screw and can easily be returned to your Dealer for refurbishing if required. The U-MARQ UNIVERSAL-300 is a total re-work of the original design, engineered in the UK to the highest mechanical standards. The Universal-300 has seen over 50 improvements in design and operations, these include Vice Clamping, Rotary Gearboxes, Spindle Motor, Lead Screws and many others. Perfect Engraving
The U-MARQ GEM-VX4 Engraving Machine takes over were the GEM-RX and FX leave off. It can engrave gifts, jewellery, trophies, tankards, glass, tags, labels and many other objects. For the Jeweller the GEM-VX4 can also be used to cut out names and shapes in gold, silver and copper sheet material.
Cylindrical
The U-MARQ GEM-VX4 is a true four axis machine, giving the user absolute control over the cylindrical axis. The cylindrical axis can be used to engrave trophies, tankards, glass. Using the unique U-MARQ contour function in our Universal Engraving Software (supplied as standard), conical and curved surfaces are easily coped with. For the Jeweller the addition of the inside and outside ring attachment, makes the GEM-VX4 the complete engraving solution. In fact the GEM-VX4 is the ideal engraving machine for the Trophy Shop, Jewel-ler or Industrial Marking at an very affordable price.
Center Vice
Using the optional Center Vice, Standard Jigs and Jig Pins, turns the GEM-FX4 into an exceptionally fast and efficient gift and jewellery engraver. All U-MARQ jigs will fit the Center Vice option to allow you to engrave many types of gifts and jewellery i.e. identity bracelets, watch backs, medals, key rings, card cases and much more!
